No cocktail shaker? Use a travel mug or large mason jar with a lid!

Think Piña Colada for the tequila lover! It’s beachy, refreshing, and smooth, and it’s perfect for a sunny afternoon. This one is strong, but hey, sometimes that’s what you need. Pair it with chips and guacamole or fish tacos!

Per Cocktail:

  • 2 oz Tequila Blanco

  • 3 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 1.5 oz full fat coconut milk

  • 1/2 oz triple sec


  1. In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredients with ice. Make no more than two at once, and add in at least 3-4 ice cubes per drink you’re making.

  2. Shake hard until your hand is so cold that you can’t hold on anymore (about 30 seconds).

  3. Pour drinks into your glass of choice, preferably pre-chilled.

  4. Enjoy right away!
