Frozen Strawberry Mint Margarita

A food processor or blender will work for this cocktail!

Tequila never tasted so fresh! This frozen favorite is amazing - it’s light, tangy, fruity, and just the tiniest bit sweet. It’ll please any palate! I love using my garden in my cocktails, and mint is so easy to grow. Why not add more of it to your drinks? Pair this margarita with guacamole appetizer or taco night dinner. Cheers!

Makes Small 4 Margaritas:

  • 8oz. tequila blanco

  • 1 lb. frozen strawberries

  • 3 oz. lime juice

  • 2 oz. triple sec

  • 1/4 cup of packed of fresh mint leaves

  • Optional: More fresh mint for garnish and Kosher or other thick salt for garnish

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the fresh mint leaves in a blender. Blend until fully combined.

  2. Add in the fresh mint and pulse the blender until the mint leaves are roughly broken up and combined.

  3. Salt the rim: fill a small plate with water and shallow dish with some salt. Dip the glass upside down in the water, then into the salt.

  4. Pour the drinks and top with some fresh mint for a pop of color!
