MOroccan Inspired lamb rub


Transport your taste buds to Morocco with this simple lamb rub recipe. It has warming spices that all blend well together to create a masterpiece of your meat! This rub works great with lamb loin chops, rack of lamb, ribs, shoulder steaks, whole roasts - you name it. Enjoy!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: (Depends on how long your lamb needs!)

Level: Easy

Covers about 1.5 to 2 lbs. of lamb

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp white pepper 

  • 1/4 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric

  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp fennel seed

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 tsp. red wine vinegar

  • Sprinkle of cayenne (to your heat preference)


 
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  2. Coat mixture on the lamb you plan to serve. It works well on all chops, shoulder steaks, roasts, and more.

  3. Let sit for at least two ours to overnight.

  4. Works well on the grill, oven, or seared. Enjoy!
